What a lifesaver! She tailored the staging to our budget and personal style preferences. She arranged for the coordination of all furniture rental, delivery, fees, insurance and manpower. We simply signed and gave her a check. It was extremely easy and stress-free knowing that this was one less thing (and a big thing at that!) for us to worry about when putting our house on the market. Cori Smith was referred to me by another agent in my office. I was told she was great to work with and very professional. The home I was listing was nearly 1 million dollars and needed staging. Cori set up the time to meet with me and my client and was right on time. She made my client feel comfortable and was able quickly detail all necessary issues. Cori visited my condo on her own; determined all of the furniture and accessories I would need to turn this vacant space into a lovely home (from throw pillows and blankets to couches, lamps, and dining room chairs), obtained the rental furniture for me; and installed it all in my new condo including hanging the pictures on the wall. I arrived to move into a lovely home, sight unseen- - that looked like it came out of a magazine! She even picked beautiful artwork for me - -based on photographs that she had me take of photos in my home that I had just left -- that are pictures I would have chosen myself.
