About Us

Coastal Virginia Building Industry Association is a local trade organization that represents shelter industry professionals throughout Southeastern Virginia. It was created in January 2020 as two long-standing associations joined forces, Tidewater Builders Association and the Peninsula Housing & Builders Association. The nonprofit group is affiliated with the Home Builders Association of Virginia and the National Association of Home Builders and is comprised of builders, developers, remodelers, multifamily professionals, subcontractors, building suppliers, mortgage lenders, real estate attorneys and more.
