JOHN DANCEY Custom Designing/Remodeling/Building The Dark brown is the easiest and cheapest. Instead of concrete stain you can use Ferrous Oxide a fertilizer. Mop on a couple of layers. If it is a little uneven in color or there are stains to cover you can put a coat of Wood floor stain on to the concrete. Pick a brown stain of your choice to tweak the color. Then either floor wax or water base polyurethane. I like wax. They also make a Brown wax if you need to blend color even more. Its just so darn flexible and self correcting. Also there is a copper oxide fertilizer for a little green/blue color. Its rich.
