Kitchen Craft Cabinetry Vancouver and Victoria

I was very happy to be working with kitchen craft initially. Nice products. The designer I met with is nice and seemed responsive. However, the order was put in way later than it should have been plus the delivery dates are many weeks outside the window I was led to expect. Overall, these things have added 2 to 3 months to my project. That's 2-3 extra months with no kitchen at all. Even my contractor is shocked. I would NEVER recommend Kitchen Craft. I can't imagine my contractor will either.

Kitchen Craft Victoria offers superb product selection and a personalized professional service. The small, welcoming sales team are extremely knowledgeable and help prompt customers towards personal creativity with practical and expert incite. With a primitive design and huge aspirations, Lonnie helped our new kitchen go to the next level. Delivery and installation dates were well communicated and favorably flexible. Installers were efficient, tidy and accountable. Would highly recommend Kitchen Craft for it's quality product and "above and beyond" service.

This company is a complete joke. DO NOT USE THEM. The company is over priced with horrible service. Items that come from the warehouse are barely ever expected for delivery. Therefore, you will have to wait MONTHS and MONTHS for replacement pieces. Also, the installers were not provided enough time to complete the job so we had a partial job finished with the rest complete weeks later. And this didnt include the months of waiting on replacement pieces (ie: 6 months). The sales time also does not communicate with the installers so you might not get what you expected which was in our case. Worst experience dealing with this company.

We regularly photograph projects for KitchenCraft, as well as their ever-changing and always-inspiring showroom in Burnaby. They're excellent to work with, and we're always excited to see what clever solutions they've come up with in the next place we photograph for them. We're continually impressed with the quality, construction, variety, and thoughtfulness in their designs, which not just photograph well but make us want to go in and cook--as a good kitchen ought to!

I purchased a new home kitchen through this company. I did my homework and got three different quotes. Right from the start I found the professionalism of this company from they initial designer, right down to they installers to be excellent. Kitchen Craft took the stress out of all the planning and had many great recommendations (counter tops, storage space, etc.) that I was not expecting. Kitchen Craft went above and beyond and I am very happy with the finished result!
