The best customer service ever. The owner Lana will meet you at her showroom anytime; she met my husband and I on a Sunday when we were on our way to the airport. I have used them twice. Many years ago and then again after there was severe smoke damage and everything had to be replaced. This time they were also carrying mattresses that were so comfortable and reasonably priced. I bought a California King, two twins and a queen. Last month I bought another Cal. King. The beds are in our vacation rentals and most guests ask where did I get them. I just can't say enough about the incredible help that Lana provided as we looked for (and purchased) a new living room chair and sofa. Lana had us test several different sofas to figure out what was most comfortable for us and then we began the process of selecting the style and fabric. She also came to our home to get a feel for the room and to take measurements. This helped determine the scale and the placement of the furniture. We received our pieces in about 3 weeks and just love them. The quality is outstanding, they look great in the room and I just couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'll definitely be returning for a new table and chairs. From start to finish, we felt well taken care of - thanks Lana!!

Lana has done custom couches, dining furniture, bedroom furniture, and a beautiful kitchen set for me. I had very specific size and fabric requirements, which is why I needed to have them made. I have been extactic with everything she has done. We recently purchased a new home, and are having more custom things done.

Owner, Lana Pozen, ordered me two expensive recliner chairs from factory in North Carolina.They were fine but VERY difficult to recline,possibly because of fabric. (She commented one had be a linebacker!) She declared them unacceptable and ordered replacements from the factory. These were duly shipped and delivered and were great. At no additional cost they had a battery operated device to recline in different positions. Ms. Pozen could not have been more attentive and concerned throughout the process of making the purchase satisfying

I have been delighted to work with Lana & Newport Furnishings several times. The quality of the furniture I have ordered is far above anything I have ever bought at any furniture store in town. Additionally, Lana was able to space plan in areas much better than other decorators I had hired for consults. I felt she truly listened to my desires and showed me pieces and fabrics that totally met my needs. I wish I had more rooms that needed furniture!!
