After spending six years (and thousands of dollars) on small projects that were intended to give us a backyard where we wanted to spend time, the area was a mess. Nothing would grow except for moss (due to a lack of sunlight from huge cedars), yet every other landscaper tried to convince us otherwise. Moghan Lyon came in and designed something unique and realistic for our surroundings. The deck he designed completely transformed the area from an eye sore to a place where our friends have said they could envision holding a wedding! Moghan gave us great advice about materials, was accurate in his measurements and worked well with our contractor. Our backyard now looks terrific year-round, and is the main place we spend our time in the summer. I highly recommend this company.

I needed a Tree Plan as a part of a major remodel for my home in Kirkland. Marty and Moghan visited my property, made excellent recommendations regarding existing trees, and prepared a tree plan for my project. I am now waiting for the building department to review my application. After construction is under way, I will definitely use Lyon Landscape Architects to handle any additional landscaping needs.
