We recently had sliding patio doors replaced and were very pleased with the results. The staff were courteous and efficient and the door looks great. We were particularly pleased with the attention to trim and finishing.

I wanted to make a guest bedroom in my basement and was told by the city inspector that I needed a bigger window to meet the code. Northview representative knew exactly what I needed and the two guys they sent to dig the hole and cut the concrete worked very hard. Inspector latter verified that everything is up to code. I am very satisfied.

I have always wanted a bay window in our living room, but we never got to doing it. When we received a call from Northview, we decided at least to see how much it costs. As it turns out, it does not cost as much as we expected. We really liked the installers that came out to do this project. They had to build quite a structure before putting the actual window in. It is very solid and we can actually sit on the bottom shelf. It really added a lot to the curb appeal as well. Just love the results. Highly recommend this company.

We purchased our new front door with a quoted 6-8 week lead time turned out to be closer to 16 weeks. That is not the issue, installation was great but the door and the frame colour do not match. The salesman came out with the colour chip and agreed it did not match. The frame was the same colour but the door was not. It gave me hope that the situation could be fixed. We have now been informed that they do not intend to do anything about it. I still plan on pursuing the issue but please beware keep the paint chip colour you purchased to avoid this issue not only with this company but any company you deal with. That is the expensive lesson I have learned.
