If I could give more stars, I would! We gutted our master suite and brought it into this century. Total Home was amazing to work with on this project. The design team was creative, thoughtful, and really spent time getting to know my style (quickly) before making recommendations. The execution on our project was timely, and the craftsmanship was expert level. Each of the trades were friendly and made sure to keep our jobsite clean. We really enjoyed working with the team and would use them again on future projects.

This company and employees are professionals, courteous and stay on task. Very efficient with timing of all aspects of my master bathroom redo (no new plumbing or wiring needed). We have hired NW Total Home for 2 bathroom remodels in the past and then did a full kitchen remodel with flooring throughout our house. Their work has always been quality but more importantly I feel like you getting an honest relationship. Their quotes for all 3 projects have been accurate along with accurate projected work time as well. I think any major project you can expect to have a few bumps in the road and any that we came across were addressed immediately, professionally with an appropriate resolution. Elizabeth is great about seeing your vision and pulling cost appropriate materials for you to view in their showroom. We found NW Total Home based on a recommendation and have since passed their names on to several friends whom have used them as well and have had great results.

The work was awesome especially design input. We are very pleased with the result. Only issue we had was we wished that had communicated better when all of the different people were coming.

I was able to see NW Total Home's work because they were remodeling my neighbor's bathroom. They did a quality job and the bathroom turned out amazing. I wanted a window seat and a custom bedroom piece. I had some ideas about how the pieces might look but lucky for me NW Total Home has a designer on hand and she was able to take my ideas and a her own design to come up with a very beautiful project and be able to translate that idea into materials needed and a build plan. People that have seen the project are just blown away with its design and quality craftsmanship. The bid was a solid, they showed up when they said they would. They returned calls and took care to be clean and tidy while in the home. They took pride in their work. I would not hesitate to use them again and hope I will have an opportunity to collaborate a project in the future.

NW Total Home has completed all our wood flooring, marble flooring, and deck/pergola remodel which included a beautiful fireplace that they added stone tile. During this project, their team identified a potential smoke issue with the fireplace we purchased and they fabricated a chimney to eliminate the issue. Their team is currently remodeling our grand staircase and this project is progressing well. They show up on time, do a great job, keep our home clean, and are extremely flexible in working around our schedule. We keep going back to them for all our remodels and would absolutely recommend them to others.

NW Total Home renovated a powder room (half bath) and turned part of our basement into a media room. This involved removing a wall, moving electrical boxes/switches, floor tiles, new carpet, drywall work, and the design and installation of a very large custom built-in cabinet. The thing we loved the most was Elizabeth's design work and all of her great ideas and suggestions that we would not have thought about. She was extremely patient as we went through multiple designs for the custom cabinets. By far, out of the five companies we got estimates from, they showed the most interest and spent the most time up front with design ideas and a detailed estimate. Everyone we dealt with at NW Total Home was professional, detail-oriented, and went above and beyond in many aspects of the project. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any remodel work and we plan on using them again in the future.
