Frank Cullen is the go to man for green building construction. I worked with him on the Green Horse Property (Merriwold Morgans) for over two years and another green property on Santa Rita Road. His knowledge, expertise and work ethic make him and his company a joy to work with and the construction is amazingly beautiful and sustainable.

We finished building a house with Cullen Construction in 2013, and have never been happier with a professional experience. (We have worked with several contractors.) Everyone on the project performed to the high standards set by the principal, Frank Cullen. We were extremely pleased with the results from every standpoint: esthetic, functional, budgetary. The company’s smart project planning kept them always on time and on budget. Inevitable bumps in the road were handled in a uniformly straightforward manner, and problems were quickly addressed. Their follow-up work has also been very thorough. We cannot recommend the company highly enough.

Working on a Cullen Construction project is a delight. Not only are all involved at the company knowledgeable about construction in general, they are experts in building green from start to finish. They put together a great group of partners to complete a project, from lighting experts to green electricians, finish contractors and green designers (like me).
