Toned Homes Southwest A/C & Remodeling

First time I contracted Toned Homes was probably at least 5 years ago, to replace the A/C unit in my home. This experience has turned me into a loyal customer! Tony has done several jobs from countertops in the kitchen to bathroom renovations. He is very professional, courteous, takes his time to listen to your desires, and strives to surpass your expectations! He has a great crew who are very skilled, professional, and they never leave a mess! Tony always makes sure to it the job is done right and professionally! You can feel confident in contracting Toned Homes to fulfill your homes needs or desiresx whether big or small!

After hearing how another contractor had conned me, Tony worked with me on the payment of my AC unit (5 ton Ruud-both inside & outside units) and was just awesome! He came out and saw that my current AC was fried and that we were miserable in the heat. His guys were out FIRST THING the VERY NEXT MORNING and we were happy as clams by that afternoon! They were clean, friendly, prompt and professional! I was so happy with them that I am having them replace my roof next! I have, and will continue to, recommended them to everyone I know!

The sales man was easy to work with, very pleasant. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The work was done in a timely manner. The results were amazing and the salesman came back to see the work that was done. He made sure we were satisfied with the work done . The cost was reasonable, we were very happy with our experience .

My husband and I cannot say enough about this company. From the owner(Tony Gonzales) to his entire crew ...they were the consummate professionals for the five months it took to remodel my daughters home. The fifty year old home had a wealth of problems from the start..of course none of this was seen until the walls started to come down.But Tony's crew never got discouraged...they always came up with a plan to solve each issue in a timely and professional manner. Their work ethic cannot be matched...they (meaning as many men as it took) were on the job each and every day on time and sometimes stayed as late as it took to finish a given area. The owner of the company kept in constant contact with us concerning budgeting and often offered suggestions for finishing a space..giving advice on new products being used. Needless to say we are thrilled about the remodel..the finished product is beyond our expectations!

Toned Homes works with the clients. Understands their needs, desires and budget. When we had a snag on the plumbing after opening some walls; they immediately responded with a solution without a setback of time or money. The employees were extremely neat, professional and cleaned up after themselves. They are perfectionists with pride in their work and it shows! Excellent communications skills! Guided me throughout the whole project . Effectively communicated with me my "not-so-good choices" and gently educated me on "better" options with professionalism. Even weeks after the project was completed; they follow-up and take care of any concerns I may have. I used this company again for a ground-level deck with custom designed pavers that needed to suit my upcoming Garden Wedding and family members with special needs. I plan on using them again for all future projects.
