Terry completed a total remodel on a house we recently purchased. Every aspect of the project was completed within a reasonable time frame and yielded meticulous results. We greatly appreciated Terry's input on design and materials and his experience in this area gave us a beautiful, high quality home that is classic and timeless. He dealt with changes and additions in a professional and patient manner. Every subcontractor Terry used was hard working and extremely competent. I hired Terry Wilson to do a kitchen, dining, and living room remodel. The project was started in late January ‘22 and was completed in May. It consisted of a complete kitchen demo and the removal of a load bearing wall that was replaced by post and beam construction. I could not have been happier with my selection of a contractor. Throughout the entire project I found Terry to be reliable and always on time. He was easy to communicate with. He provided me with many good ideas and was always willing to listen to my wishes. He has been in the construction business for a long time and he is extremely knowledgeable. I had 100% faith in everything that he did. He and his son Brady (who himself is hard-working, skilled, and conscientious) were very hands-on doing all of the demo work and and worked hand-in-hand alongside his subs. A few unexpected issues which invariably will come up in any remodel were encountered. Terry took them in stride was always able to bring them to a positive resolution. He is very meticulous and takes pride in completing things correctly, straight, square, and level. He is not one to cut any corners. Terry’s subs were top-notch. They were reliable and personal and each and every one of them had high praises for him. I would hire any of them to complete any projects that I may need to complete in the future. Terry is a great guy, a true professional. He takes great pride in what he does. He is fair, caring, honest and always striving to please. I would hire him again anytime and would strongly recommend him to others.

Terry was excellent to work with. Provided timely status updates, asked for my input/confirmation before proceeding with the work, and completed our project on time.

Terry remodeled our main bathroom. He removed the tub and replaced it with a beautiful shower, with tile all the way up to the ceiling. New floor tile and a new quartz counter top. Terry kept us informed about what to expect next in the process. His subs did a fantastic job. Everything was done perfectly, nothing had to be done twice. We are very pleased with how it turned out. Our remodel was completed ahead of schedule. He and his crew did an excellent job.

Terry and his crew were an absolute pleasure to work with. Terry made the project feel seamless from start to finish. We hired him to remodel a craftsman bathroom in one of our rental properties and we are so happy with the end result. His estimate was accurate and his communication throughout was fantastic which was extremely helpful for us, as we were out of state. He helped guide our vision and adjusted plans to fit our budget. His crew was very courteous to our tenant and finished the project in a timely manner. We will definitely hire him again!

It’s unusual to come across a general contractor that understands and appreciates the needs of a client so quickly upon initial meeting, but Terry is that rare breed. We hired Terry Wilson Construction to handle our long overdue kitchen remodel that required the entire room to be gutted of old cabinets, flooring and plaster lathe walls. He worked with us on the timeline and budget, lined us up with a custom cabinet maker and removed all of the stress that goes along with such an impactful project, and we could not be happier with the results. The kitchen looks beautiful and it came in within budget and under timeline. We’ll be using Terry and his team for our next project, bathroom remodel.

Terry and his team did a fantastic job on our kitchen/bathroom renovation. This was our first home renovation project and Terry was always available for any questions we had throughout the process. He offered great solutions for the inevitable oddities of renovating in a 1910 building.

We used Terry for a kitchen remodel. Terry actually saved the entire project. After selecting another contractor we found from Home Advisers, and going to see this contractor's work at 2 job sights he was working on, our contractor took our deposit and we never saw him again. We found Terry as a recommendation from our cabinet maker. Terry came in and worked with us in a way no other contractor every has. He understood what we were going through and made everything work for us. He completed the project on time and he and everyone of his subs showed up when they said they would and completed what they said they would complete. Terry truly saved us, I would highly recommend him for your in home project.

Terry is one of the best contractors I know. He does meticulous work and is a great problem solver. He has not only worked on my recent project, but also did remodeling for me 9 years ago. He is reliable and cost effective.

Terry did a complete bathroom remodel including new tub and tile, new vanity with quartz counter top and fixtures. New flooring and painting of the walls, and ceiling. They installed kitchen tile and counter tops. He also refinished our kitchen cabinets. Terry was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him to others.

Terry was the general Contractor for my entire Home project. Took on the project of an entire remodel working in conjunction with a interior decorator. He was responsible with most of the subcontractors that made the upgrades but many projects were handled personally. Overall, on a scale of 1-10 (10 being the best) his performance was about an 8.5. He was consistent, dependable, accommodating to adjustments, and knowledgeable in my opinion. The only areas of improvement might be in checking the final sub-projects to completion. Slight defects or final installments could have been observed and corrected upon completion; minor in the grand scheme of the major work but essential for personal satisfaction. Overall would hire again, just would follow up with them when dealing with the subcontractors for complete satisfaction.

Terry rebuilt my garage that was original from 1923 and falling apart. He did a great job and overcame several obstacles to give me a solid outcome. He was professional and diligent in working every day to complete. He also discussed options and keep me aware of progress.

Terry Wilson is a great contractor. Detail oriented. He and his son were very pleasant to have around for a lengthy project. He was particular about his subs, who were very good. I would recommend him!

Terry did an upgrade on my kitchen, new electrical, cabinets, counter top and floor. We were so pleased, we had him remodel our basement, including a tv room, new flooring and lighting. He's professional, dependable and has great remodeling ideas.
