“Scott has the perfect personality, demeanor, interpersonal skills, and design intelligence to manage your house building project. We are in the final phases of our house build, and we have been a pretty high-maintenance customer for sure. We have had an unusually high level of involvement in our project, stopping at the site multiple times a week for hours on end. Scott has always taken the time to address our concerns and waited patiently as we debated the minor differences in trim styles, for example. LOL! We have had some pretty particular requests for our house design, and Scott just always says, “Just send me a photo and we’ll make it happen.” His common sense approach, practical problem solving skills, and work ethic are what have made this project move forward when it could’ve stalled. Because we have been at the work site very often and for long periods, we have gotten to see the quality of the work and how Scott interacts with the contractors he hires. He is respectful but has high expectations and isn’t afraid to ask a contractor to re-do something that isn’t up to snuff. Scott values doing things *right* above self preservation, which is refreshing in this industry! At the same time, I feel like he is fair to all parties involved.
