“Spratt has performed several renovations for us (we have remodeled parts of our house as we were able to afford). Jobs included building new bathrooms, moving walls, installing walls indoor and outdoor, installation of flooring, roofing, and painting. The quality is superior. The staff (workers) were great - competent, friendly, arrived on time and on the scheduled days. Jobs were completed on time and on budget. I have recommended Spratt to several friends. Spratt also cleaned, repaired, and remodeled a condominium we purchased in the Woodlands.”

“We live in River Plantation Condominiums and we and many others were hit by the big flood a few years ago. Pat came through and offered to help restore our kitchen with a full line of cabinets. He cut out the middle man and we were able to purchase at wholesale. The first cabinets were not delivered to Pat on time and he went to another mfg. with a better grade of cabinets and the same price. He drove to the plant and picked them up and delivered them and had his men install them on time as promised. He went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with everything... and we were! I highly recommend Pat. He is honest, trustworthy and will always deliver more than promised.”

“Falconnier Design used my unusual requests and prepared drawings to remodel our home to meet our lifestyle. They were able to design custom cabinetry, pantry, and walk-in closets to increase storage space, a tiled room floor to ceiling for our hot tub and massage chairs, and a kennel including an area for our dogs to sleep, special bathing area with steps, sink, and area to store food, toys, medicines, etc. The front entrance, shower, and doorways were designed to be handicap accessible for future needs. I was made aware of any budget or any other modifications before changes were made. Because of their experience with different types of construction projects, they were able to solve problems. The staff were enjoyable to work with and very professional.”

“I have had Home Dr Pros work on a shower in my house. Not only were they professional and courteous, they were also neat and kept the work area clean. There was no mess and always on time. The work that was done was exceptional. They even found a problem in the repair and ended up fixing that at the same time so it was done correctly. “Infinity Construction, LLC, If you want professionalism, superior workmanship, and all work performed in a timely fashion. Look into hiring Infinity Construction. My wife and I finally decided to add on to our house. We did check with some other contractors and out of 3 only one showed up and said that what we wanted to do was impossible. Well, Kennon Rymer owner of Infinity Construction DID what they said could not be done. We added approximately 1500 Sq. Ft. to our home. Infinity Construction did a remodel for us in 2014, and we were just as happy then as we are now. Look nowhere else for a reliable contractor. Every inspection was passed the first time. Your suggestions, not only in the beginning of the estimation process but throughout the whole project length (start to finish), Is what we needed to make our home more functional and user friendly. Being able to communicate as needed and weekly updates regarding schedules, and previous scope of work helped us in our life since we had to live in the home while under construction. Speaking about that, the zip walls were very helpful in controlling the dust from our living areas. Finishing up the project on time and under budget sure made life better for us. Thank you again for a job well done, Ken and Mickey”

“Jeff assisted us in the renovation of our condominium. He coordinated the vendors that we used for new flooring and countertops. He also helped us purchase new stainless steel appliances. He was always available when we had questions. He also completed the projects in a timely manner. Everything went smoothly, and we really appreciate all his help.”
