Hello, I’m Steve Welch with Home Dr Pros LLC. I’m 52 with a wife of 26 years, a father to three grown kids, and moved to Knoxville to chase some grandkids! I’ve been in the residential home construction business since I graduated. I built new homes for 15 years from grass to turnkey. I’ve slowed down in these later years and focused on kitchens and baths. I have plenty of pictures and countless references. In these photos, most of the bathrooms were complete gut jobs. We are a one-stop shop. We provide in-house plumbing, electrical, Sheetrock finishing, trim, painting, and flooring services. We are not the cheapest or the fastest, but we won’t rush through your job to get a check. Our top goals are your satisfaction with our communication and our work quality. Home Dr Pros LLC are our go-to group for all our home renovations! They installed new flooring through about 1/3 of our floor space and we will be hiring them again to lay more because of their attention to detail and ease of working with them. Any time they ran into a need to do differently than the original estimate (found some water damage on a portion of the bathroom sub flooring or needed to raise a portion of the floor to meet the existing correct level) they spoke with us directly before moving forward. No surprises on our invoice what-so-ever! Very professional and timely attention. They also were. quick to assist with other small upgrades at a very reasonable fee. We highly recommend them.

Very professional, communicative, and quality builders. We had them remodel a bedroom into a fully functioning apartment with an addition, kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. Steve and his team were great to with and did an AMAZING job. We would definitely hire them again.
