“INCREDEABLE We were completely frustrated it took 6 months to get our hot-tub delivered due to what we were told a shortage, once here it took another 2 months to get an electrician over to wire it in. Once the tub was wired we filled it with water and tried to cycle and heat the tub NOTHING happened just a flow warning on the controls. the electrician had left the project it was late night and I went through the book doing the trouble shooting we could set the time, temp, turn on the colored lights but no pumps NOTHING, we had no way of knowing until morning what to do. Moring came we watched some videos on Trouble shooting tired all the suggestions NOTHING so called the manufacture and followed their instructions NOTHING. So we called Carefree Spas Littleton and they were understanding, patient, listened to what was going on and the sound it would make as I described it. They knew right away what was going on, the breaker needed to be relocated, it was only on one leg 124 volts. not both legs to gain the 240 volts needed. I checked it with my volt meter and he was 100% correct. Now Carefree Spas is located in Littleton over an hour south of our location so he could have come all this way and charged me but to save me money he suggested I call the electrician back out to fix the issue. no greed here just extremely helpful and not taking advantage of the situation, but would respond and come out if I asked them. I called our electrician but he could not come back out so we called a local electrician just 2 min away who just happen to be available. Now its dark once more and the local electrician shows up moves the breaker on the main panel down one slot and the Hot tub kicked on. DONE problem solved in 1 min thanks to Carefree Spas for knowing what to listen for how to trouble shoot and what the issue was without even being here on site. We would have gone days without knowing or even after the holidays until someone could solve the issue. I most likely would have gone down and moved the breaker myself I'm just that stupid but the local electrician insisted on coming over to check it out and make sure. He was a great person he did not charge u, told us Merry Christmas and was on his way. Trust me if we need any electrical work done in the future I'm calling him if you need any electrical work done contact me I will tell you who he is. NOW we will be spending Christmas in our long awaited for Hot tub thank you carefree spas Littleton for getting us on the right track and knowing how to solve the issue and saving me money and more frustration and time.
