I see pillows like this all the time on Flash-Sale sites such as One Kings Lane, Joss and Main and Gilt

The orange pillows with the hexagon pattern you can find made by many people on Etsy. I have had pillows made by 2 different vendors there and they are great. You can pick out fabric, customize and get ideas. Much cheaper than most you can buy anywhere I have ever seen.
