I think this is a stone wall not wood. Faux finishing wood to look like stone is difficult to look good, you can youtube tutorials on faux finishing and practice on a spare piece of wood until you have the hang of it or find an artist in your area that does this professionally. There is nothing worse than a poor faux finish. There is a company called fauxpanels.com that might have panels already done that would work for you.
