Does anyone have an opinion on the color stain of the hardwoods?

This is a custom espresso stain on these floors which turned out beautifully and really fit the style of the home. Having dark hardwood is a personal preference. We have found that they can be more difficult to maintain because dust and pet hair shows easily, especially in sun light, even right after vacuuming.
