I don't know if it's commercially available in a catalog, but if you google "plank farm table" and your city, you should be able to find a furniture maker who can make one for you. My family just did this and you can choose all kinds of amazing reclaimed woods, finishes, legs, etc. This type of leg is great because no one gets stuck straddling a table leg.
