I would suggest hiring a local designer to facilitate your needs but here are my comments from a construction point of view:

• Be careful of the brick, in other words if you use the limestone by the garage and front door you'll need to do it wherever the remaining brick is too or it will look like a 'remodel'
• The front entry can be cleaned up with period columns that incorporate the limestone into the design and look quite nice.
• The garage doors need an architectural element to them to take the focus off of the huge roof
• I might suggest matching the front door or complementing it with your new garage doors
• I do agree that a limestone look would complement the style of the house well
