another idea came to me, we are redoing our bathrooms and they are small small small. we are adding niches wherever we can. we have even created one behind a picture on hinges for hidden storage. if your wall studs are 2x6 that would be great but even niches in 2x4 walls can store baby lotion, creams, q tips in sweet jars etc.
