I'm doing a kitchen remodel. I want to paint my cabinets red, yellow and green. My son says if I paint my uppers yellow and my lowers green it will look like John Deere. Boo. I want to do my island a red with maple butcher block counter top. My problem is picking colors. Will the yellow and green combo look yuck? Also, I would like shades of these colors that will be easy to decorate during all seasons. I love the primary colors but fall colors are beautiful too. Where can I get color inspiration? I love decorating especially during Fall and Christmas. Would love your ideas. Paint samples are just confusing me. Houzz have helped so much and keeps me from being afraid of so much color but colors on-line are never true. Help!
