Your bathroom is small. It would be wisest to put a tub combined with a shower, a toilet and a sink. No room for a separate shower.
I would place the tub shower at the end of the room away from the door and then along the top wall, I would place the toilet next to the tub and then the sink / vanity. It's a fairly standart bathroom. You really don't have room for a separate shower.

This is a very typical bathroom size, it's best to place all the plumbing fixtures along one wall.
