Need help picking kitchen countertop

We are remodeling our kitchen with cherry cabinets - cinnamon with a dark glaze.We are torn between New Ventian Gold and Sienna Bordeaux granite. It will be on alot of surfaces and our flooring is a honey oak. Any opinions on which color would be better?

For me, I would always choose movement over a more speckled look and from the photos I am seeing the New Venetian Gold looks speckled and the Sienna Bordeaux has a lot of movement and to me looks richer. So the Sienna would be my choice. I acknowledge a lot of this depends on your particular slab.

The Sienna bordeaux, in addition to being gorgeous, should have some red tones to tie in the cherry cabinets. Very pretty....good luck. I'm just getting ready to do my kitchen too.
