Pottery Barn. You can find similar fixtures from Hudson Valley Lighting.

Are the sconces in the picture chrome or polished nickel? I am ordering a vanity that comes with polished nickel hardware. Would u get the same finish for the faucet and lighting or would u mix it up? Chrome faucet would be much cheaper!!

It's generally ok to have the sconces and faucet in chrome and the vanity hardware (which can be easily changed) in polished nickel. Polished nickel is warmer than chrome. Good luck!
