This is another idea I hadn't considered for the multi use rooms, but it is probably not as efficient.

At least two porch swings are a must. Need to find something cool. Hanging from the ceiling like this could work.
This is more finished and more expensive with the enclosed bottom wall of screened porch, but will hold up better.

This is a simple but sturdy design for the screened porch. Just frame the structure and then attach the screen material from the exterior.

This was another alternate I considered for the cabin. This would work well at the west end in the center of the cabin and shift the bathroom to one side, but it would have to be strictly a bunk room.
This illustrates how the beds could be positioned in Bedroom 1, 2, 3, and 4. You could push all the way to the wall to maximize space - harder to make, or leave 2' gap as shown on the plan. Still leaves plenty of space.
This is the type of setup that will be useful for snow gear in the basement gathering / staging room
