Biodegradable & Environmentally Friendly Neutralizing Agent

Product Description

  • CC504 is a superior blend of neutralizing agents and specialty additives which create a neutralizing solution unmatched in the industry. This acid neutralizing agent neutralizes residues left behind from acid based stains and other acid based products used on concrete for cleaning and preparation purposes (ex. muriatic acid). A concrete surface with a neutral pH is required for most all topical coatings to properly adhere to a substrate. CC504 not only neutralizes the surface but also contains a special additive which results in excellent coating adhesion as well as enhances acid stain applications. Pleasant cherry scent disguises ammonia odor. CC504 is biodegradable, environmentally friendly, and contains no harmful VOCs.
  • Recommended Uses
  • CC504 was originally developed for commercial and industrial applications and is widely used throughout North America to this day for those applications. Concrete Sealers USA is now also making this professional grade acid neutralizing agent available to the residential market so small contractors, applicators, and do-it-yourselfers can enjoy the same superior benefits that architects, engineers, and large contractors have enjoyed for years. CC504 is recommended for commercial and residential interior and exterior concrete surfaces where acid based products have been used and a neutral pH surface is required to coat or seal the substrate. CC504 neutralizes the concrete substrate to a neutral pH level for proper topical coating application and adhesion.
  • Limitations
  • CC504 is designed to work on interior and exterior concrete surfaces that have been treated with acid based products for cleaning, preparation, and staining purposes and where a neutral pH surface is required to apply a topical coating to the substrate. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. CC504 may be damaged if frozen prior to use. The Company does not warranty specific performance results or compatibility with products manufactured by others. The Company shall bear no liability, other than replacement of defective product. A small test must be conducted prior to application. Based upon this test, the purchaser shall determine for themselves the suitability of this product for the intended use.
  • Environmental and Regulatory
  • CC504 complies with EPA, FDA and OSHA strict requirements and contains no solvents or Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC). This product is considered a non-hazardous chemical under OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29CFR 1910.1200). Contact may cause skin or eye irritation. Using with adequate air ventilation, eye protection, and gloves is recommended.
Manufactured in the USA for Concrete Sealers USA.
  • Surface Preparation
  • Surfaces should be clean and free of dust, dirt, debris, mildew, oil, grease, and other contaminants.
