Midtown Manhattan Renovation

The existing apartment was renovated as part of a co-op conversion in the 1980's. The finishes lacked any detail or quality. We worked with the client to create a transitional space with an open living and dining space connected to a chef's kitchen. A new master suite has a new dressing area connected to a large spa bath with a custom vanity.

The client procured the frames at craft store. I'm pleased you like the way they've used the gallery space.

Built in with furniture look of wood tones, note that upper shelves are more shallow than bottom cabinet.
