Janie K. Hirsch, ASID Yes you can use too many mirrors in a home. I think that if you spread them out throughout the house, you are fine, but you want to mix in artwork and not have to many in a single room unless they are small and you are making a feature on a single wall.

blanchard I own this rug or one so near I can't see the difference. It is a wonderful warm blue. I found mine at a prominent rug company in San Francisco. I'll see if I can locate more information and repost.

judyg Janie, just came upon your room. It is beyond beautiful. Your design gave me confidence to move ahead with an oriental, Kerman, 1960's neutral, blue, pink, cream. I have chosen BM Sea Star…dark, and I love it even more now that I see you have paired dark walls with a lighter rug.

May I ask, did you line the linen?

Janie K. Hirsch, ASID I always line and interline my drapes, but this is a sheer fabric and I wanted it to remain sheer, so there is no lining on these.
