Deep River Partners The piece is custom designed and made so it can't be purchased. The actual lift hardware can be found in many places, but we like the Nexus products these days. http://www.tvlift.com/
How to provide power to the tv? - We are wondering if the piece of furniture where the TV is placed includes a source of power? if not how to provide power to the TV? »
Deep River Partners We have an outlet in the floor right below the unit, so the lift motor and tv are plugged in there. An extension cord under the bed to the back wall of the bed also would work.
Sheila Schmitz Hi, navajo, you're in luck, this photo has a product tag (you can click on the photo to see it). The tag says this is a Cuba Bed, and it is for sale:
Deep River Partners We are an architectural and interior design firm, so what we did for this item was draw a detail and have it custom made by a local shop. If you take the picture to a local millwork shop, they should be able to produce it for you.
I am looking for a TV elevator arrangement to be built into antique furniture at the foot of the bed. Any suggestions to source this on internet and get it retrofit locally? Thanks. »
Witteman and firm designed this cushioned piece for the end of the bed. Inside is TV lift hardware that can be operated by remote. The clients can watch their TV or store it away with the touch of a button. The rest of the interior was designed with the same clean, contemporary look in mind. Outdoor stone material was incorporated near the bedroom entry to blur the line between the indoor room and balcony. Witteman had cherry wood paneling installed against the back wall, which also includes a door into a walk-in closet behind the bed. The entire closet and door system is built into the wall panel, making it just as invisible as the TV when it's tucked away.Bedframe: Cuba Bed from Koch-SmithMore: Where to Put the TV When the Wall Won't Work How to Blur the Lines Between Inside and OutTV in the Bedroom: Thumbs Up or Down?
