Also, what kind of heat does this home have? Any central air?

Smith & Vansant Architects PC This house has a mix of both casements and double hung windows. The majority of windows in this image are double hung windows. We tend to opt for casement windows over kitchen counters where it is difficult to operate the sash while leaning over a counter. This house is heated with radiant heat, taking advantage of the boiler upgrade and there is no central air.

odessaw I have a similar house. I am redoing the kitchen and entire first floor. I down to the trim. What would b simple, elegant and appropriate for a cape house> i am referring to trim around new Fr. doors, a casement window and all interior crown molding and windows. Thank you!

bepsf You can contact the architect directly - but don't be surprised if they decline as they often don't share custom house designs that their clients have paid for.

I am sorry, our homes are custom designs created to specifically integrate our client's programmatic requirement with their particular site. Our policy has been to not release drawings to protect both the clients privacy and our hard work.

Smith & Vansant Architects PC That is an "Englert Kynar Ultra-Cool Low Gloss" metal roof in a Matte Black finish.
