HOBNOB design You're going in the right direction with yellow. French blue and lemon yellow are classic colors of Provence and perfect for a kitchen/dining area. Introducing green accents and trim will round out the palette and make the rooms lively and fresh. Hope this helps - Best, Angela.

alliegee Thank you Angela,,,,there are times when I think I should have just painted the buffet/ hutch another color like charcoal or maybe a cream color,,,but I do like the color I have!

Anne DeCocco Great color! Look at Sherwin's Hyper Blue/6965 or Blue Chip/6959 for similar shades. Remember that there's a light on the cabinets, making the color a little brighter.

Outside out farther than center - we should make the center section higher but less deep, the outside sections shorter but deeper, and maybe the top of the center section is as deep as the outside sections, so it overhangs the counter
