This adorable little bathroom is in a 1930’s bungalow in Denver’s historic Park Hill neighborhood. The client hired us to help revamp their small, family bathroom. Halfway through the project we uncovered the brick wall and decided to leave the brick exposed. The texture of the brick plays well against the glossy white plumbing fixtures and the playful floor pattern. The owners bathroom white marble countertops, flooring and wall tile, and a decorative white marble starburst inset. Custom mirrors float down from the edge lit reverse cove ceiling in polished nickel with integrated warm LED lighting. The two person shower features body sprays, hand showers and rain showers and a door for quick access to the pool. The large soaking tub has a 50" tv recessed into the opposite wall, visible from the shower. The custom walnut vanity floats between walls with concealed mirrored niches with power, and views of the reflecting infinity pool to the harbor beyond. , white Calacatta Carrara marble, art deco inspired frosted glass sconces, and a large deco mirrors with custom walnut flat front cabinetry and a frameless glass shower with a teak bench.

We relocated the bathroom to an adjacent sitting room that had 8’ ceilings and was flooded with natural light. At twice the size of the old bathroom, the new location had ample space to create a true second master bathroom complete with soaking tub, walk-in shower and 5’ vanity. We used the same classic marble finishes throughout which provides continuity and maintains the elegant and timeless look befitting this historic mansion.
