Mascheroni Construction Yes it can be replaced.
Keep your cutting board clean by washing it with hot soapy water after each use and dry it with a clean paper towel or let it air dry. If you want to sanitize the board more thoroughly, a diluted mixture of chlorine bleach or vinegar solution consisting of one teaspoon of liquid chlorine bleach in one quart of water or a one to five dilution of vinegar. Do not soak or submerge the board in water, for this will disrupt the moisture content and cause the rails to split. Wood cutting boards are NOT dishwasher safe. It is also extremely important to give your cutting board a good oiling on all surfaces every 3-4 weeks.

Mascheroni Construction Might work, but there are some questions that you should ask. What is the weight of all that you plan to put in the unit? Also, what are the specifications for the freezer? Does it produce heat and need ventilation? Also, it will need to remained plugged in all the time, so when you wheel it out, will you care about seeing the dangling cord?

kfpaige I know that we would need wheels that will carry the weight when there is food in it. Will these kind work for a heavy load? The freezer is not huge...it is an average size deep freezer (right now it is located in one of our closets with other items)..and I don't mind seeing the cord when it is pulled out. Because we have a small kitchen, I'm just looking for extra prep space that we currently do not have....and I think this would work great if it can be done.

Mascheroni Construction Wood was white oak. Floor was water popped to enhance color and a 3 coat oil based polyurethane finish. I am not sure about the stain color. It could have been a minwax dark walnut. Hope this helps.
