We started working with California Homes and Kitchen Design Center in2013 to build our 6000SQF new home. The company owner, Simon is knowledgeable and experienced in this industry, he offered us some sophisticated ideas on design details. The staff are friendly and helpful. The material used is good quality and cost is reasonable. It's a pleasant learning experience for us even though the construction itself is complicated. We really enjoy our new home!

We did a new residential construction project in 2011. We selected California Home Builders among several bids. California Home Builders provided the most comprehensive proposal within a few days. Their bid was detailed with line items and clear timeline. During the construction, Simon offered design ideas and was attentive to details. Their charges were reasonable and stayed within the estimates. Our project was extended by a few weeks because we needed more time in choosing certain finish materials. All in all, California Home Builders delivered our house on time, within budget, with excellent quality.

Best experience in home-building! We selected California Homes and Kitchen Design Center Inc. to build our 3700 sq. ft home. This project was completed in 2 phases to circumvent difficulties with city permit restrictions. Both phases were completed on time and on budget. Our contractor and his staff were always pleasant and enjoyable to work with. Our contractor's keen eye for detail and his extensive years of experience in building homes relieved much of our stress in choosing color/material and dealing with complex architectural designs. The quality of their work is excellent and it has stood the test of time. Their price was very reasonable and more than fair for their exceptional quality of work. When the time comes to do more construction for our home, California Homes & Kitchen Design Center is our only choice.

Commented: Love this Kitchen what color are the cabinets?Thank you! The island cabinets have been stained with "classic fruitwood" mixed with a brown color. The surrounding cabinets are "navajo white".
