The project was done with great care and precision, on time, and with no surprises. A few items that were discovered needing attention were quickly and professionally dealt with, even after the final payment was made. Chuck explained to us that he has built his business upon his recommendation and prides himself on gaining new work through positive referrals versus advertising.
