I found the flooring I was looking for on Hurst Hardwoods website. John was very helpful from the initial order to delivery. I ordered on Tuesday morning, that same afternoon I was contacted by the delivery company and was told my flooring would be delivered to my home on Thursday. John also emailed me with the shipping details. My flooring was delivered as promised. Wow! I was floored, no pun intended. hen we called in suddenly the sales rep says it's an estimate time arrive which means it is not any more 2 to 7 business days arrival time. They provided me with a tracking number that would not given to me if I would not call in and delivery company name "ABF". We called ABF company and gave them the tracking number , they estimate it to arrive between February 10-14 which means it's more close to 12 and 14 business days shipment, I was requesting to expedite the shipment and ABF responded that the hardwood company Will need to call and pay additional amount to expedite the delivery. I was putting Hurst hardwood on the line with us and requested to expedite the delivery. I was so pissed that they couldn't give me the right information upfront that I could actually expedite the delivery and finish with our remodel. They didn't even offer to or gave me the information that you could expedite the delivery. Why not??!!!?!??! Don't get me wrong they did give good prices for the product but awful service (I wondering how the quality of the material is), they put us and ABF company on hold for more than 20 minutes and then hang up. I couldn't even expedite the delivery myself unfortunately and Hurst Hardwood is the only one that could expedite our delivery, our client was also willing to pay extra for expediting the delivery . Now they're closed and we losing another day because nobody's answering in the office and they hang up on us. Was giving two stars because of the good price Our client is disappointed based on the false information that was giving to us .

Been doing business with lee Hurst at Hurst hardwoods well over 10 years. Service has been nothing less than outstanding and I have no reason to look elsewhere to conduct my flooring needs. I have bought a wide range of flooring from hurst and I've never been disappointed. Beautiful hard wood flooring. My experience with Hurst Hardwoods was excellent. From the help I received when I called to discuss engineered wood flooring, to the timely delivery, to the engineered 7” French Oak flooring I finally purchased. My kitchen looks gorgeous. Even my contractor commented on what nice wood flooring it was before he installed it. I recommend Hurst Hardwood without reservation.

Outstanding service and quality! I bought about 1,500 sqft from Hurst Hardwoods for our new house and was not quite sure which type of floor to buy. Hurst Hardwoods was really easy and responsive to work with, sent me multiple samples, many pictures of finished installations and recommended different options. I could already see the quality of their product through the samples (really good plywood layer and thick wear layer) but was also very positively surprised to see the full quality when the real floor arrived. Most of their pieces delivered are 7' long, making it easy to install and you dont have to play so much mix and match as with other floors during installation. Product has really nice texture and holds up well so far. Super happy.

Update 11/19/18. New Cyber Sale that expires 12/3/18 offers 10% off again. The specific product I was looking at was the 7 1/2" x 5/8" European French Oak Utah Hardwood Flooring. The pre-promotion price had been $5.79. It has now increased to $6.19 for this "promotion" Buyer beware of these pricing manipulations. A 1 rating is too high. Update 11/7/18. The price went down. The 10% coupon promotion has ended and the Hurst website now reflects the lower pre-promotion pricing. The specific product I was looking at was the 7 1/2" x 5/8" European French Oak Utah Hardwood Flooring. The pre-promotion price had been $5.79. It has now been reduced from the $6.19 coupon promotion price back to $5.79. Based on this pricing manipulation I have decided to purchase my flooring elsewhere. On October 12, 2018 I requested and received several samples of the Hurst European French Oak engineered wood. I came back to the Hurst website this past weekend to place an order and was pleased to see a 10% off coupon code for this product. My pleasure was temporary because I noticed the prices posted on the website a few days prior, were at least 6.9% lower than they were now with the coupon. So a potential customer thinking they were getting a 10% discount, would in fact only be receiving a 3.8% discount. A business certainly has the right to establish pricing however it sees fit. At the same time a customer has a right to expect honest and fair pricing. I just thought it was important to point out the pricing variation before and during "the coupon offer". A 3.8% discount is certainly not a 10% discount. The specific product I was looking at was the 7 1/2" x 5/8" European French Oak Utah Hardwood Flooring. The pre-sale price had been $5.79. The new price before the 10% discount has increased by .40 and is now $6.19. 10% off of $6.19 is .62 for a computed sale price of $5.57. So you are really getting a 22 cent discount which equals a 3.8% discount from the pre coupon event price. When you shop a sale or use a promotional coupon code, you hope you're getting the best possible price. But it's not always that simple. Since Hurst Flooring didn't first try selling the items at the higher price, for a reasonable amount of time prior to this "coupon promotion", an argument could be made that this is "deceptive" pricing. This sale expires on 11/5/18 so it will be interesting to see if pricing stays at $6.19 or drops back down to $5.79.

We had a wonderful experience with Hurst. After researching wood flooring for nearly two years, I came across the European Oak Flooring (Tacoma) sample through Houzz. Our sub-floor was OSB, on a crawl space, and very uneven in certain rooms. Our open floor plan also needed a wider board in order to not look too busy. The wide plank flooring was perfect and we have lived with the floor for about a month and are extremely happy with the outcome. Our installer was very impressed with the flooring as well and corrected many of our uneven issues during the install. The flooring we chose was the right solution. Hurst was also very accommodating on holding our flooring for a little while until our contractor was ready, communication during the process was easy. We were a little nervous about having flooring shipped and delivered, but it actually worked out very well.

Ordered some walnut flooring from this company to disastrous results. What they sent was closer to barnwood than flooring. To top it off they played dumb to acknowledging their mistake, refused to assist in any way with a return or replacement, and made every single step of the resolution a complete and utter pain. I cannot stress enough to AVOID this bait and switch sham of a company.

I am an interior designer and I specified this flooring for one of my projects. Besides the attractive wire brush finish, it has one of the thickest wear layers of any prefinished flooring material I had researched. This is as important as the aesthetic appeal. Rob was my sales person and he was very helpful, both at point of sale and after the installation.
