Prices were good, but communication is not great after the sale. Also our installation was poor. If you do purchase from them, do NOT let Brandon do the installation.

We purchased carpeting and luxury vinyl planks for our home remodel. Jeff Haifley was very helpful in assisting us determine the right products and colors and we are very happy with the results. His guidance saved us from making a color selection we would have regretted once installed. Our experience was very positive and would recommend working with Jeff. Jeff was very knowledgeable about carpet and recommended a product that fit both our lifestyle and budget. He remained very professional and attentive throughout the entire process of borrowing samples through installation. Jeff made follow up calls to make sure we were pleased with the finish project. He also sent a personizled "Thank You" note. I would not hesitate to use Carpet Story One for our future flooring needs.

I needed new flooring but was totally unsure what I wanted when I began looking. Jeff was extremely helpful and patient in my selections. I brought many samples home but new specifically in my mind what I wanted and kept looking until finally I found exactly what that was. He did not try to sell me something that was out of my price range but gave me many options and suggestions with reasons why it would be best to choose those options. Everything went smooth from time of purchase through installation. I would and have highly recommended both Jeff and Inside Story Carpet to many people. I trust his knowledge and would use them again if I needed to make changes.

Jeff H. went above and beyond to help us get our flooring shipped and installed quickly as a family member was about to come home from the hospital and was going to be in a wheel chair. He rescheduled installers and made sure we were satisfied during all steps of the process. We highly recommend Jeff!
