Wyant Architecture

Wyant Architecture is a full-service architectural design firm located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Established in 2001 by partners Jeffrey Wyant and Maria Keares Wyant, the firm has extensive experience in the custom residential market.

Wyant Architecture approaches projects with the belief that successful design can positively affect day-to-day experience. They find opportunity in the unique challenges presented by each project's program, site and context, and believe that in thoughtfully addressing these distinguishing concerns, a building can transcend its primary function as shelter to shape environments that enrich lives of individuals and communities. Their collaborative design process recognizes that dialogue with clients, consultants and builders defines problems and enables resourceful solutions. Accordingly, their work is characterized by thoughtfully conceived design responses that remain sensitive to project goals, design objectives and budget concerns.

sarabernhardt So far it's just what you see in the posted photos of the tiles. I don't know the name of it. If you are interested in what paint colors we use, let me know and I'll send that info to you and take photos once the painting is done.

Sarah Touchstone Where is the chandelier from? And is it wet rated?

Wyant Architecture Decorative lighting for this job was selected by Lori Shinnal, an interior designer in Philadelphia. I don't have specification information for the fixture, but I suspect it is rated for 'damp locations' and not 'outdoor use'. You might check out Hubbardton Forge or Kichler if looking for something similar.
