“Our expensive but aging refrigerator continued to have a plunge in temperature which meant we had to move everything to another refrigerator in order to save it from going bad. We had a different repair company who kept coming to "fix" it but it only lasted a few months and the temperature plunged again. So we called Dars Appliance Repair. It turned out to be a little complex but the repairman told us he wasn't going to leave until he fixed it and in fact that is what happened. This was a year ago and it has been fine. We were very pleased.”

“I had a problem with the fresh food section of my refrigerator not working and was referred to Orsini's. Two repairmen arrived within the same day I called and replaced the part which had caused the problem. They were excellent, respectful, and cleaned up my refrigerator after fixing it. I found the amount they charged to be less than I expected and more than fair for the time they spent. I would definitely call them again, or buy a new appliance from them if necessary!”
