“My husband and I used Packard Paint to furnish our three nine -foot sliding glass doors in our new sunroom with electronically operated Hunter Douglas window shades. They helped us select the perfect window shades for our situation and measured and installed them in a neat, professional manner. They also provided support to program the automatic operation of the shades. We have used Packard Paint for other projects in our home like custom draperies in the the living room, dining room, bed rooms, and kitchen, as well as blinds for all the upstairs’ windows. “Susan Schein was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient in assisting me with my purchase of appropriate window treatments for my new country home. Once I chose a design and color, she made, and double checked, careful measurements of 21 windows. She promptly provided me with the exact cost of the project, making sure I was able to take advantage of special pricing being offered by the company at that time. When my blinds were ready, Susan conveniently stored them for three months until my new house was completed and ready for installation. She supervised the installation and made sure all blinds were functioning properly. She assured me that if there was a problem with any blind, it would be replaced at no cost, and she has followed up to check on my satisfaction. I am very happy with the look and function of the blinds, and I highly recommend the services of Window Elegance & Interiors LLC!”
