360 Yardware
On the verge of a move across the country, these homeowners built a beautiful gate and fence line in their yard. The contemporary lines of the fence is simply lovely (see full photos of the finished project at photographer Eva Brennan’s site: http//www.evabrennan.com/1/post/2013/09/mission-accomplished.html).
The family used two different latches: The Modern Tapered Ring Latch and the Stainless Steel Ring Latch. They chose 10” Stainless Steel Strap Hinges with Pintles, as well as 18” Cranked Band Hinges. The finished product was really a really wonderful gift to leave for their neighbors! Eva Brennan (www.evabrennan.com)

Classic luxury with an Airoom flair, our Lincolnwood showroom kitchen has it all. From gorgeous waterjet marble mosaic for the mural behind the stove to beautiful porcelain tile on the floors, from antique mirror cabinetry facing on the subzero refridgerator to the elegant yet understated ceiling treatment, and from the crystal chandelier to the stunning marble island, this kitchen is exactly what a kitchen should strive to be.
Rasmussen Construction
This Mill Valley residence under the redwoods was conceived and designed for a young and growing family. Though technically a remodel, the project was in essence new construction from the ground up, and its clean, traditional detailing and lay-out by Chambers & Chambers offered great opportunities for our talented carpenters to show their stuff. This home features the efficiency and comfort of hydronic floor heating throughout, solid-paneled walls and ceilings, open spaces and cozy reading nooks, expansive bi-folding doors for indoor/ outdoor living, and an attention to detail and durability that is a hallmark of how we build.

North and south exposures in this 3000 square foot loft in Tribeca allowed us to line the south facing wall with two guest bedrooms and a 900 sf master suite. The trapezoid shaped plan creates an exaggerated perspective as one looks through the main living space space to the kitchen. The ceilings and columns are stripped to bring the industrial space back to its most elemental state. The blackened steel canopy and blackened steel doors were designed to complement the raw wood and wrought iron columns of the stripped space. Salvaged materials such as reclaimed barn wood for the counters and reclaimed marble slabs in the master bathroom were used to enhance the industrial feel of the space.

Comfortable yet elegant for that homeowner that actually lives in their spaces! Here we faux finished the cabinets with a trellis pattern to go with our "Bird Bath" theme. We painted the brick wall and added moss and bugs. The upper corner we painted as if it were crumbling to reveal the sky outside. We added a mirror from Uttermost that has bird's nests all around the frame. To open up the space we mirrored the closet doors to appear as french doors to a patio. It was a fun project!
BRY design
This master bathroom was a challenge. It is so TINY and there was no room to expand it in any direction. So I did all the walls in glass tile (top to bottom) to actually keep it less busy with broken up lines. When you walk into this bathroom it's like walking into a jewerly box. It's stunning and it feels so much bigger too...We added a corner cabinet for more storage and that helped.
The kitchen was entirely enclosed and we opened it up and did the columns in stone to match other elements of the house.
