“We found NOYO Home by accident through Houzz - and are so happy that we did. A month ago we sold our "typical" king size bedroom set (headboard, footboard, side rails, dresser and 2 night stands). We were getting bored with the set that we'd had for over 10 years. We wanted something new, something different and really didn't see anything until NOYO. NOYO creates headboards with a slipcover that can be changed out as often as we want. The art options for the slip covers are beautiful and vibrant. NOYO's think out of the box style is awesome. We purchased a queen size headboard with the Blue Wall slipcover. During my online ordering i made a mistake and ordered two of the same slip covers. NOYO immediately emailed me to confirm that i had really wanted two of the same (before they shipped it). Of course i didn't and thank you so much for catching that mistake. The credit back to my credit card for the extra slip cover was not a problem. My order was then shipped two days earlier than the expected ship date. When we received the headboard it was surprisingly light - yet the construction is sturdy and the craftsmanship is good. It came in three panels with easy assembly required (you just have to be very precise in your measurements when hanging the headboard onto your wall). One minor issue was that one of the screws holding the panels together didn't grip at all and the panels kept detaching. But my husband drilled a new hole, used a screw we had at home, and voila... not a big issue. When i told this to NOYO they were very apologetic - said that if we send the panels back they will of course send us new panels. But it wasn't worth the time or effort for such a small thing. Secondly, the padding on the headboard (i thought) was a bit thin - but then i was told that i could fit two pads onto the headboard for a softer feel. What an easy fix! Overall our experience with NOYO has been very positive, very professional and overall a very pleasant experience. I can't wait to order a new slip cover for spring/summer!
