“My husband and I did ALOT of research when selecting a flooring company to handle hardwoods, new carpet & vinyl tile. We had about 15 companies come out to measure and discuss options. Bobby at House of Carpet was the ONLY person that spent extra time walking around our home and pulling back the carpet to determine what we were actually dealing with. Several other companies came out and quoted us without truly understanding what would be required. Tidy Guy came to the rescue after literally 1 gallon of thick, blue laundry detergent spilled on my new carpet. Tidy guy came exactly when he said he would, and restored the carpet completely. He used very high-end, heavy-duty equipment and treatments that did a more thorough job than I could have imagined. His work ethic and standards are like something not found anywhere today.
