    “We chose Fairfax Kitchen Bath because they are a "one stop shop". You will also benefit from a company that puts the customer first. They will do whatever necessary to make your project a reality and to meet your expectations. They handle the design, project management, inspections, and all the labor for the projects. Their design gave us a great-looking kitchen, more storage, and more natural light. The project moved very smoothly and everything happened just as they said it would. Justin was our our project lead. He's completely reliable and a professional. Cabinets for our kitchen project were made by Schrock Cabinetry, tiles are from Best Tile.”

    “We were looking for a remodeling company that could remodel our 1980's kitchen. We browsed the internet for the renovating company and also took suggestions from our friends. After an extensive discussion with others and hours of searching, we finally decided to go place our bet on WellCraft Kitchens, inc. Initially, we were very nervous, wondering whether or not we made the right decision, but the designer Ali and his staff soon made all our doubts dissipate with their excellent service. They brought our dream design to life with their brilliant creativity and constant hard work. They helped us pick out the right kind of kitchen cabinets, quartz countertop, backsplash, and accessories. The entire kitchen harmonized well with the interior of my house which is what we wanted the most. My family, friends and even all of my relatives have loved the final result. Thanks so much, you guys! We will be back for bathroom project soon.”

We worked collaboratively on all aspects of her project. Since that time, we have done many projects together. Jennifer is a great design talent, merging her facility with being able to design in any style with her extraordinary knowledge of and insights into the "mechanics" of great kitchen design. She is a nimble designer, able to work with clients and their goals on their terms. One of the more remarkable things about Jennifer is her ability to think "on the spot", reviewing options during even the first consultation with a client. She and her design and management staff deliver service from the conceptual beginnings of a project, all the way through the design and construction phases of a project, working with clients and design team members in a collaborative manner.     “I wanted to treat myself to an updated closet. Thought about DIYing it, but called Closet Factory instead to get an estimate. They sent Moogie K and i am so glad that they did. She is simply THE BEST! She is very professional, respectful and personable! If she says she will have info to you by a certain time, she means it! She went above and beyond to help me out. I had no clue how much such a project would cost, but Moogie worked within my budget. She followed up with me regarding everything. She even stopped by while the installers were here and I really really appreciated that! Once I got my initial project done I called for a follow up to get an additional piece(a dresser) to complete the look. Called my girl Moogie and she did not disappoint! I brag about her to anyone who will listen. I have referred her to two friends and once this covid19 is over, they will be calling her! ...AND so will I to help complete other projects! I LOVE Moogie K as a consultant and as a person! Nothing like working with and knowing GOOD people and that is Moogie K of the Closet Factory!”

    “Hakan was the project manager for our renovation. Each detail was explained thoroughly. I interviewed several home improvement companies in the northern Virginia area; none matched the knowledge of product information and costs of construction for completely renovating my kitchen. Architectural renditions were exact to specifications;no last-minute changes had to be made. Prior to the beginning of the renovation, costs and date of completion was discussed along with a time line dedicated to the selection of cabinets, floor, tiles, lighting fixtures etc. The crew assigned to my project were courteous, quick, clean and put materials away each day. I never had to worry about the rest of the house being a dust bowl or cleaning up foot prints. I would highly recommend Bull Run Kitchen and Bath.”

Starting off with design consultation, selections, to project start and end of the project. They were very professionally skilled, communicative, getting us updates on daily basis. They finished out full bathroom in less than 3 weeks. We have been using it for the past 3 months, very pleased. And highly recommend Moda Kitchen and Bath! Archie V. Wolfie”

    “I'm a Realtor that has used Susan in my home, and have referred her to countless clients over the last seven years. Over the years she has done a complete renovation of a condo for a client. She has done several total kitchen renovations for clients as well as bathrooms of all sizes and price points. At this time she is helping a client ready their property for sale. The project includes: wood flooring, carpeting, granite & staging. Susan has a very winning personality & has a way of truly helping me to make clients realize what they need to do to their property in order to have it show at its very best when it goes on the market for sale. I can always count on Susan to be responsive to me and my clients. She works well with deadlines & is very conscious of peoples' budgets when she is working with them.”

    “Courthouse Kitchens and baths completely remodeled my master bath suite and the finished product is nothing short of breath taking. My formerly tired and dated 80’s bathroom has become a retreat that causes jaws to drop when people enter the space. The room was taken down to the studs, walls were moved and curved, floors were exposed to the joists--no element was untouched. Jim Gardiner is a delight to work with, and his eye for elegance and style is unmatched. He literally sat on the floor and envisioned how to transform the space during the initial consultation and it changed the direction of what could have been an ordinary renovation into a project that is HGTV worthy. Every item in the bathroom is high end and reflects the impeccable taste of Jim and what I wanted. The function of the bathroom is also a testament of the marriage of style and taste. They tore out a clunky built-in jetted tub, that I never used and replaced it with a gorgeous free standing clawfoot tub that is stunning and the focal point of the room with an overhead chandelier, which I constantly use. The beautifully intricate mosaic shower with three heads, including a rainshower makes me linger longer in my shower. The Swarovski and polished nickel fixtures adds an extra dimension of luxe and make me very happy. The curved walls with architectural glass that floats in the wall provides diffused light and privacy. Jim was personally involved daily with the project and we made numerous trips to vendors to make sure every item was perfect for the space. The project manager for the job was fantastic and his craftsmanship was remarked upon enthusiastically by the people who came to inspect and approve each inspection phase. I recommend Jim and Courthouse for any project that you want elevate to the next level.”

    “Jeff engineered our master bathroom renovation in Fall 2014 and we are delighted with the result! He was professional, respected our budgetary boundaries, finished the project in a timely way, chose excellent subcontractors who provided high quality work, and he followed up on every aspect of the project. In addition, he helped us with the selection of our materials, was resourceful at solving unanticipated problems, and worked diligently to keep the work space tidy and clean. He has a great sense of design as well. We love everything about our new bathroom and subsequently have involved Jeff in future projects. Our latest project with Jeff involved his design for a unique cedar bar wall for our kitchen that is just beautiful! Jeff is pleasant, responsible, and trustworthy; we consider him a 'gem' among contractors and renovation service providers. It is truly a pleasure to work with him.”
