“In desperate need of extra storage space and wanting an upgrade, planning for our kitchen began. We came across Supply New England just prior to Thanksgiving. Fortunately for us, they were having a Black Friday special. After speaking with Norm and having him visit our house we were already sold. Norm was thorough, professional and had great design ideas for our kitchen. We worked with him to decide our direction and Norm went to work bringing our new kitchen to life. I can't say enough about how impressed we were. Cabinets, granite counter tops, back splash tile, sink and faucet were all ordered. When our contractor saw the detailed plans and had them reviewed with Norm, there were no questions as to what needed to be done. Needless to say, we are VERY happy with our kitchen. And the Black Friday special made our upgrade very affordable. In fact, it will bring us back for phase 2 of changes.”

“I had a kitchen and bathroom remodeled by this firm. The work was done in a timely manner, according to the contract. The carpenter, electrician, plumbers, plasterers, tile installer, the countertop professionals, the demolition experts, and the coordinator of the project were all wonderful to work with! “We worked with Shannon at Riverhead Building Supply on a kitchen remodel project. We had looked at other cabinetry options and determined the quality and support from Riverhead Building Supply was the right direction for us. Shannon reviewed our preliminary 3D Plan and completed onsite measurements. She corrected errors, made suggestions for better utilization and loaded into their software. Shannon has a real eye for design and color schemes. She worked with us on door design & hardware selection as well as countertop color/brand options. Shannon was always very prompt with responses and follow-up. She kept us informed throughout our ordering process. She was also onsite for cabinet delivery and made multiple trips during the planning phase. When a problem arose, she worked to find the best solution to make sure we were satisfied. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with Shannon and Riverhead Building Supply. I highly recommend her services as a home remodeling & design professional.”
