Help with exterior colors.

I am about to re-shingle my house. I'd like to paint the existing synthetic stucco and redo the existing aluminum facia and vinyl soffits. The lot and surrounding area have many large trees that stain the existing white facia/soffit and roof. Sorry about the dark pics (lots of shade). Any advice would be appreciated.
