I am working with an architect on a very interesting remodel in Venice CA. We are 6 weeks from demolition as we remodel a 1950's bungalow into a 2350 sq foot architectural home. I am thrilled with everything, but the layout for the kitchen is horrible. The house will have a front wall of sliding glass, and 40+ foot sidewall of glass. A portion of the rear wall will be glass, and the treads on the steel staircase that lead up through a 2 story atrium that will accomodate indoor plants will also be glass.
The house is coming along great, but the kitchen is a sad story. I have been searching for months on HOUZZ, but as Mick jagger sand, "I can't get no satisfaction!" help!
