Sullivan Building & Design Group That is a Velux skylight. Cider Press Millwork made the custom grille which sits flush with the ceiling. It is removable.

Sullivan Building & Design Group The fixture on the ceiling was custom manufactured by a local craftsman-Justin Long. I am not sure of the manufacturer for the wall sconces.
