The design strategy was to transform fragmented individual rooms to an open plan that, without adding any square footage, dramatically enlarges the feeling of space and enjoyment our clients get from their home.

Counter tops - I was also wondering what the counter tops are. Thanks... »
HartmanBaldwin Design/Build Hi, thank you for your question. This piece of granite was a hard find, after numerous trips to different stone yards we found this particular one that had a beautiful soft gray and green tone that contrasted well with the warmth of the flooring and cream colored cabinetry.
HartmanBaldwin Design/Build I don't recall the exact color swatches but they were a mix of soft gray/green and the cabinets were painted with a slight antique finish. The colors make the space feel serene, clean and elegant. Thanks for your question.
Hi, I'm guessing there is a floor above the kitchen, hence the curved beam - is that correct? and if so, where does the duct for the island hood exit to? Thank you! »
Hi,
I love the kitchen - we are planning on renovating our kitchen and I wondered if you could tell me what type of tops you used? Is it granite/technicstone/caesarstone? What was the name of the colour?
Thank you. »
Honest use of materials: Stone's natural veining is highly valued, and finish preferences have shifted toward honed rather than polished, to let the stone's raw texture shine. A wider range of metals is being used, from stainless steel to polished nickel to bronzes and brasses with living finishes.
